E46 misfire cylinder 1 2 3. Even went into the intake and replaced #5 injector. I parked for the day and tried driving again after when check engine came on. 1 day ago · It was causing a short and a consistent misfire code. No fix. Both had a stamp 11/4/45/05. Took it to the dealership they performed a leak down test and compression test everything checked out. Around April 19th (and 100 miles later) truck started rough again with engine light that would not go off - same code as before) Dealership performed diagnostics and said they were getting misfires on cylinders 2 thru 4 but not cylinder 1. Could a vacuum leak be causing just the three cylinders or would it be an O2 sensor connected to bank 1? I think bank 1 is 1, 2, 3 and bank 2 is 4, 5, 6 but please correct me if I’m wrong.
